We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible, so we want to make sure you are aware of how we handle sales and refunds. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to purchases you make. If you have any questions, let us know at email@example.com. Standard Return Policy
We’re convinced you’ll love KeyShot. We believe this because of the thought and development put into the product and what users tell us they are able to do with KeyShot. You may want to ask our support team a question first, but in that unlikely event you would prefer a refund, here are the terms related to returning a product.
- Purchases of KeyShot and KeyShot Add-ons from the online store may be returned within 10 days if not activated.
- KeyShot Maintenance is not eligible for return.
Since the purchase of KeyShot products is immediate with a license being delivered by email right after the purchase is complete, cancellation of an order works a little differently. If you realised you made a mistake in your order, or ordered the wrong product, just contact firstname.lastname@example.org and the licensing team will be able to cancel, refund or update your order and correct the mistake.
Shipping & Packing Costs
Since KeyShot products are a delivered via digital download, there is no shipping or packing costs associated with the orders. You will receive your download and license information via email.
Charge for Refunded Product
We do not charge a digital product or restocking fee for cancelled or refunded products. If you see any fees associated with a refund, this will not come from us, but may be initiated by your bank or credit card company.
